Assessment
Our field team is on site within 48 hours of your request — electrical infrastructure and installation fit are assessed in person.
Installation
Commissioned to IEC 61851 engineering standards, using our fixed field crew plus a subcontractor network covering all 81 provinces.
Maintenance
Initial diagnosis within 72 hours of a fault report, full resolution within 5 days — OCPP-compliant monitoring detects faults automatically.
