Why does periodic charging station maintenance matter?

It's an electromechanical system, and it wears

Charging units consist of many components — connectors, cooling systems, power electronics boards, and communication modules. Under heavy use these components wear over time; periodic inspection catches early warning signs (abnormal heating, loose connections, firmware version mismatches) before a fault occurs.

Planned maintenance reduces unplanned faults

Regular three-phase voltage measurement and mechanical checks let a fault be caught in advance, rather than while a user is trying to charge. That means continuous service for the station operator and an uninterrupted experience for the user.

Integrated with warranty and reporting processes

Professional field maintenance is typically carried out alongside warranty tracking: every intervention is logged with photos, notes, and duration. This transparency builds trust for both the manufacturer/CPO and the end user.
